A: Our MOQ is 10000pcs, if there are some in stock, so 300pcs or 500pcs is available.

Q: Can you provide us sample?

A: Yes, sample charged accordingly free, sample time for 1-2 days customized sample time for 3-5 days, please send email for sample charge.

Q: How to delivery samples?

A: By courier, DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX...

Q: How long is your mass production time?

A: 15 days around for MOQ. More than 10000pcs order will need 20-35 days after received 30% deposit and samples final approval. For urgent order, could be faster, please send email to negotiate our month capacity is 100,000pcs for simple bamboo products!
